ScholarAI ChatGPT Plugin Review 🧠

You know how sometimes ChatGPT feels like it's playing a guessing game?

Not anymore!

This plugin turns ChatGPT into a fact-finding ninja, saying goodbye to those odd "hallucinations" and hello to pinpoint accuracy.

🤷‍♂️ What’s Going On and Why It Matters:

Ever feel like you’re drowning when it comes to keeping up with marketing?

Same shorties.

Even with GenAI in the mix, producing fresh and relevant marketing content seems like a tall task to tackle. Until you tag-team AI and automation, that is.

Sound up your alley? Then today’s show with Mark Savant is your cup of tea. Mark is the Founder of Mark Savant Media, focusing on helping podcasters expand their content creation efforts.

Yeah, we talked all things marketing, automation, and AI.

A bit dorky?

Sure.

Relevant to your growth even if you’re not in an automation or marketing role?

Abso-friggin-lutely.

Here’s why.

Content, marketing automation and Generative AI tools are kinda for everyone now.

The way that we work is changing, and how we all compete our tasks is night-and-day different now than it was a few years ago because of the Generative AI wave.

That’s why today’s convo can be a game-changer for anyone. Jordan and Mark not only shared tips and best practices for automating your marketing with GenAI, but talked about specific tools and techniques to get er done.

We covered a wide-range of biz boosting tactics on today’s show. Here’s the highlights:

  • Impact of AI on human-to-human interactions

  • Predictions of significant workforce displacement by AI

  • Efficiency and cost-saving potential of AI recognized by business owners and entrepreneurs

  • Tools and software like ChatGPT, Zapier, Avoma and CastMagic for automating media marketing processes

  • The importance of using the right tools to save time in remote work and hybrid teams

  • Leveraging AI tools effectively for rising to the top amidst overwhelming content

See that?

That’s a legit laundry list of marketing automation goodness.

Let’s dissect it a bit further and apply it to your biz.

🦾How You Can Leverage:

We don’t care what your title is.

Or whether your role has anything to do with marketing or automation.

Because today’s show had some time-saving tips for anyone.

Why’s that?

Because the basics of marketing automation and content creation can be applied to just about any role, sector or biz.

Here’s why, and how it’s done. 👇

1 – Humans crave personalization 🚶

Your coworker.

Your customer.

Your next big client.

Everyone wants personalization. Let’s be honest — the rise of Generative AI has an ugly side as well. Creating decent-ish content is SO easy now, you don’t need any content marketing experience to do it. That’s why there’s more bland and generic content than ever before.

Try this: Mark gave some great examples — even LinkedIn connection requests can benefit from personalization. And like we’ve talked about previously, customers are growing to expect highly customized marketing and messaging across all industries.

Wanna see exacts? Go check this Harvard Business Review article on using AI to scale personalization.

2 – Embrace the Zap ⚡️

Pew pew.

(Zapping noises.)

If you haven’t dipped at least a toe or two into the world of Zapier, you (or your company) are missing out.

Zapier has slowly become a juggernaut in the marketing automation world, and has incorporated AI into all of its major offerings.

Mark talked about the necessity of streamlining and automating tasks in media marketing, and Zapier is a prime example of a tool that can assist in achieving this goal. With Zapier's AI integration, marketers can set up "Zaps" (automated workflows) that connect various apps and platforms to seamlessly perform tasks

Try this: Whether it’s automating data entry or connecting Zapier with ChatGPT for customized automation at scale, Zapier is a can’t-miss powerhouse for producing better marketing content at scale.

Need more? Don’t worry. We already did a dedicated episode on how to use Zapier and ChatGPT together. (Or, if Google Sheets is more of your jam, we’ve got you covered there as well.)

3 – Meetings = AI content 🤖

Mark’s expertise is geared toward helping podcasters create better and more content.

But guess what?

Tweak your thinking, and the exact same processes, tips and tricks can be applied toward creating content from your meetings.

All those meetings? In between the nonstop banter and status updates, there’s a goldmine of potential content to be repurposed.

Try this: Sure, Microsoft Copilot can catch you up on takeaways from meetings you missed, and Zoom’s AI Companion can get you caught up on all happenings if you jump in late. (We’re Meetgeek fans ourselves.)

Cool.

But take it a step further and use those team meeting or sales calls transcripts of content producing machines.

Not only can you produce marketing or sales content from the transcripts of videos, but you can also use tools like ChatGPT to analyze them all to create SOPs, checklists or even as an outside consultant to poke holes in your processes. BANG!

Now This …

We wanna hear from you!
