1. Accenture and NVIDIA Team Up for Agentic AI 🤝

Accenture has launched a new business group in partnership with NVIDIA, aimed at accelerating the adoption of agentic AI technologies among clients. This initiative leverages Accenture’s AI Refinery platform and a network of engineering hubs across Europe, Asia, and North America, intending to tackle the current barriers to generative AI implementation, which only 10% of companies have fully scaled.

With over 30,000 NVIDIA-trained AI professionals on board, the partnership promises to enhance operational efficiency, potentially slashing design and build times by 50% and cycle times by 30%.

2. Google Reportedly Working on Reasoning AI to Challenge OpenAI 👀

Google is reportedly developing advanced models that tackle complex, multistep problems. This innovative approach, known as "chain-of-thought prompting," enables their software to sift through various responses to find the most suitable one before answering. Meanwhile, Microsoft-backed OpenAI recently unveiled their own AI models, o1 and o1-mini, designed to reason through intricate tasks more effectively than their predecessors.

With Google already achieving silver-medal status at the International Mathematical Olympiad this summer, these advancements signal a promising future for AI applications in professional settings, potentially boosting productivity for those looking to grow their careers.

3. NVIDIA Unveils New Open-Source Multimodal Model 🤖

NVIDIA has just unveiled its NVLM 1.0 family of large multimodal language models, including the impressive NVLM-D-72B, which boasts 72 billion parameters and competes head-to-head with proprietary giants like OpenAI's GPT-4. This bold move breaks the trend of closed advanced AI systems, offering researchers and developers unprecedented access to state-of-the-art technology that can analyze both text and visuals.

With benchmark results showing NVLM-D’s superior performance on various tasks, this release could democratize AI development and empower smaller organizations to make significant contributions.

4. Google DeepMind Unveils Self-Correction Breakthrough for AI! 🛠️

Researchers at Google DeepMind have introduced a novel technique called Self-Correction via Reinforcement Learning (SCoRe), enhancing large language models' ability to self-correct their mistakes. This innovative approach trains models using only self-generated data, addressing previous limitations that relied on external feedback or complex fine-tuning.

The results show impressive gains in performance, particularly in math and coding tasks, with SCoRe enabling models to improve their answers significantly while minimizing errors in corrections.

5. OpenAI Co-Founder Joins Anthropic 👤

Durk Kingma, co-founder of OpenAI and a key figure in generative AI research, has announced he will be joining Anthropic, working remotely from the Netherlands. Kingma expressed enthusiasm about contributing to Anthropic's mission of developing AI systems responsibly, highlighting his connections with former colleagues from both OpenAI and Google.

His expertise in generative models could bolster Anthropic's ambitions, especially after recent high-profile hires from OpenAI.

6. Palantir and Edgescale AI Join Forces in Manufacturing Partnership 🏭

Palantir Technologies Inc. has teamed up with Edgescale AI to launch Live Edge, a cutting-edge integration aimed at revolutionizing AI deployment in manufacturing and utilities.

As Palantir continues to expand its influence with a new $99.8 million military contract, the implications for innovation in both public and private sectors are enormous.

How I cloned myself with Hour One

Wanna see the behind the scenes on how I cloned myself?

It’s kinda wild, TBH.

Oh, and if you missed the last time we partnered with Hour One…. we kinda made history as the first time someone’s AI clone interviewed their human counterpart LIVE.

🦾How You Can Leverage:

Y'all think AI Avatars are a toy?

Some novelty?

Think again shorties.

Almost 50% of Fortune 100 companies are using AI avatars.

Need more proof that AI avatars are here to stay?

Welp…..

In the past week alone, OpenAI, Microsoft and Meta have all released products designed to get us all to talk to real-life AIs.

Whether you're all in on digital doppelgängers or not, if you wanna stay ahead you've gotta get on board.

Luckily for us, we convinced a leader in the AI Avatar space to spill ALL THE DANG TEA for us.

Natalie Monbiot, the Head of Strategy at Hour One, joined our Everyday AI show and dropped some serious knowledge bombs.

As a founding member of Hour One, Natalie’s been in the AI avatar game for over 5 years.

Before it was cool.

Now she's here to tell us how these digital twins are about to change how we do biz.

Ready to find out how a 150-year-old language school went digital overnight?

Wanna know how a Spanish-speaking creator is breaking into the US market without speaking a lick of English?

Curious how your AI clone could be making you money while you sleep?

Want the tl;dr version?

Let’s get it.

1 – AI Avatars Take Center Stage 🎭

Sure, the no brainer use-cases for AI avatars are there.

Internal training. L&D. The ability to run that super-fun-yay-not-boring HR onboarding in 12 different languages.

Now, AI avatars are busting out and becoming the face of brands everywhere.

Natalie told us how companies are using avatars to explain complex products on Amazon. It's like having a 24/7 salesperson who never needs coffee or bathroom breaks.

Try this:

Let’s say your company sells products online.

Pick your 5 most returned products or the ones customers always bug you about.

Create 60-second avatar explainer videos for each, breaking down features and squashing FAQs.

Slap those bad boys on your product pages, emails, and support channels

Whip up some "How-To" Hour One avatars for your brain-melting complex stuff.

Then, run A/B tests pitting avatar videos against boring text. Watch those engagement numbers soar.

2 – Dust Off old Content & Make It Rain 🤑

Got a graveyard of forgotten blog posts and whitepapers?

Time to raise them from the dead, avatar-style.

Natalie shared how one news platform is using AI anchors to drop tech updates every hour. Human anchors could never.

(Something about labor laws?)

Wanna dig even deeper?

Think about how AI avatars can create NEW lines of business.

When we think about GenAI, it’s oftentimes easy to fall into the trap of ‘how can we replace human hours’ with LLMs.

Think about the skillsets and possibilities that an on-demand spokesperson brings that you may not even currently have on your team.

Try this:

Dig up your top 10 blog posts and whitepapers that are collecting digital dust.

Transform that snooze-fest into 3-5 minute avatar-led videos. Spice it up with visuals and key takeaways Launch a "Weekly Wisdom" video series.

Turn your most downloaded whitepaper into a binge-worthy avatar-led video course.

With hundreds of ready-to-go templates, Hour One is one tool that we personally love.

Even though we do a daily livestream at Everyday AI, quality production can take time.

Now, we’ve got a digital Jordan and branded templates that we can scale up whenever we need it.

Post-production time just went from 10 hours to 10 minutes.

LFG.

(Oh, go say hi to our Hour One Avatar here.)

3 – Speak All Languages, Conquer All Markets 🌎

Language barriers?

Please.

That's so 2023.

Natalie dished on how a Spanish-speaking creator is taking the U.S. by storm without speaking a word of English. It's not just translation, it's cultural domination.

Seems simple enough, but this one’s profound.

In a remote-work world, traditional biz boundaries are being broken. Including where and how you do business.

What would happen if your CEO could greet customers in Polish?

Or pitch the latest service to a Italian-speaking audience.

Try this:

Here’s a lil hack we’re working on ourselves.

Feel free to steal it.

In other words, with a lil website magic, you can direct users from different countries to a country-specific version of your website.

With that info in mind, you can then serve up a language-specific AI Avatar to your audience.

Pick 3 international markets you've been eyeing but too scared to touch. Look in your Google Analytics and see where you’re getting international visitors from, then start small.

Three new lines of biz just opened up.

Numbers to watch

5%

An MIT economist believes that AI can only do 5% of jobs.

Now This …

We’re curious to know!
