5 secret steps to properly give ChatGPT access to the Internet!

Accessing the internet is CRUCIAL when using ChatGPT.

The thing is, most people think theyā€™re connected to the web but theyā€™re not.

Weā€™re showing you how to properly connect ChatGPT to the internet.

šŸ¦¾How You Can Leverage:

Apparently we just fast-forwarded 10 years into the AI future.

Whether you see it coming or not, thereā€™s a demographic winter coming.

Hereā€™s what that means.

Nearly 11,000 Baby Boomers are retiring each day, and thereā€™s only about 8,000 new Gen Zers entering the workforce.

Thatā€™s roughly a shortage of 500K workers a year.

If that math ainā€™t mathing there, thatā€™s because that math donā€™t math.

The U.S. is going to be facing a major workforce shortage for decades to come.

So, is it maybe good if AI takes some of those jobs?

And, how can companies start leveraging Generative AI now while those seasoned and experienced Baby Boomers are still on payroll?

Brought to you in part by Karrie Sullivan, the CEO and Founder of Culminate Strategy Group which helps businesses with AI implementation.

Karrie cut through the fluff and gave us all a game plan on how Generative AI can help compensate for the upcoming talent gap about to slap us silly.

Hereā€™s the highlights, use-cases and strategies on how AI can help fight the upcoming talent gap.

1 ā€“ Empower early adapters šŸ’”

Got budget approval for ChatGPT/Copilot/Gemini licenses for only a portion of your workforce?

That should be easy to fill.

Karrie said finding your GenAI champions isnā€™t usually a tall task. Innovators will naturally arise from the pack, and you need to go all-in on their adoption and early success.

Why?

Thatā€™s the carrot youā€™ll be dangling on a stick to get everyone else on board.

Try this:

Aside from empowering your early adapters, you also gotta throw tough challenges their way, Karrie said.

Our take: if you push this first group, youā€™ll be able to solve business challenges and create new lines of revenue you hadnā€™t yet thought of.

We know successful AI implementation is easier said than done. And even finding and cultivating those early AI champs can have roadblocks.

With a legit library of free resources from the worldā€™s leading experts, weā€™ve covered GenAI implementation in depth.

Hereā€™s some of our faves:

2 ā€“ Win buy-in from a resilient group šŸ‘„

What about for everyone else?

After all, early adapters only make up about 7% of your workforce.

The second group of ā€˜fast followerā€™ adapters might be some of your most ingrained Subject Matter Experts.

They could be hesitant to lean into LLMs, as itā€™s been their own knowledge and expertise thatā€™s helped them rise above their peers.

Karrie said getting this group on board is simple ā€” donā€™t focus on low-level productivity or knowledge replacement.

Instead, highlight how AI systems like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or Google Gemini can help elevate your knowledge even more.

Try this:

Hereā€™s our not-so hot take: ignore the buzzwords of 2024 and 2025.

Everyone and their HRā€™s momma is gonna be talking about AI upskilling/reskilling/skillsharing/bla bla.

We were the legit first to talk about the concept of unlearning.

And unlearning can be hard AF for that SME group that has made a killing professionally onā€¦. Learning.

We went pretty deep on the topic Karrie mentioned of turning LLMs into more of a thought-partner.

3 ā€“ FOMO will create ROI šŸ˜°

Oh, that annoying lil elephant in the room.

Return on Investment.

(TBH, we kinda laugh internally when orgs legitimately worry about ROI on GenAI. Even for F500 companies we work with that would have to invest millions to give their workforce GenAI licenses.)

This is where Karrie said you gotta bust out the carrot/stick from success in the first two groups.

Success sells.

FOMO sells.

Try this:

Karrie said that about 70% of employees might be slow to adopt or just might not get on board with AI use. (For many reasons.)

The fix?

Change management. Leadership needs to embrace that AI-first or AI-native workflows are the new way to work.

By highlighting your early adaptersā€™ success and setting that as the future bar for work, it psychologically sets the tone for slow adopters.

Your early adapters set the bar. Everyone else has gotta clear it.
