🤷‍♂️ What’s Going On and Why It Matters:

Tools, tools, tools.

They’re (legit) everywhere.

(Read all the way to the end if you really wanna know our top tools)

It’s not really our style at Everyday AI to jump on the ‘These 9 tools released today will CHANGE THE GAME’ hype train that others are riding.

In the end, using Generative AI is about understanding it and actually using it, not just throwing 100 new AI tools at you daily.

But we noticed that we’ve gotten maybe too heavy into ChatGPT, Midjourney and others. So we decided to focus on some under-the-radar, AI-powered software and tools that we think the everyday person can benefit from.

So what did we learn in today’s livestream?

There’s a TON of high-quality, AI-powered tools that can save the everyday person tons of time. From sales and marketing to creativity and video production, we unveiled some of our favorite, (kinda secret) AI and GPT powered powerhouses.

These aren’t just shiny bells and whistles.

They’re going to save you time. Increase your output. Instant quality improvements.

Ready to get into it?

Us too!

🦾How You Can Leverage:

We’re in a rule-breaking mode today.

Normally we give you the 1-2-3.

Today, it’s lucky 7, recapping the highlights of our 7 favorite AI tools.

1 – D-ID 🙋

Talk about a creative powerhouse.

This avatar to video tool is sometimes a bit cool/creepy, but mainly just impressive. In D-ID, choose a (very realistic) avatar, give it text, and watch the avatar come to life. You can create custom avatars for your brand, and even turn it into an interactive chat for your clients/customers.

2 – Jasper ✍️

Jasper is what would happen if ChatGPT and Google Docs had a smart baby.

Bring the power of GPT4 into a friendly user interface, and tell Jasper what to do. Like a human. Turn bullet points into a well-crafted email, or an outline into a blog post. Our favorite part: editing in document, and not only using it as a chat interface.

3 – Pictory 🎥

Your own video producer who only needs text.

Do you have a wealth of written content, but not time/budget for video production. Or maybe you just don’t want your face to be all over the YouTubes. With Pictory, enter your written script, and let AI do the heavy lifting and match up the content of your script with visuals. In a minute or three, you’ll have a high quality video that matches your script.

So whether you’re marketing your next product launch or trying to build your personal brand, you can tap into Pictory to be your go-to storytelling friend.

4 – WellSaid Labs 🗣

Text to speech services are getting better.

We’ll give you that. But for the last few years, WellSaid Labs has been miles ahead of most of the competition, aside from ElevenLabs. What we like about WellSaid is the amount of tweaking and emphasis you can put into each voice you generate.

So whether you need a narrator for an audiobook, a voice for your video game character, or if you want to turn your blog posts into short podcasts, WellSaid Labs can be a game changer.

5 – Meetgeek 🤝

Save time, shorties.

That’s what MeetGeek is all about. We use this personally for all of our Zoom or other video meetings. It listens in, creates transcripts and summaries. But the best part — is the AI recap. Meetgeek uses AI to create a follow-up plan with action items as well as recapping concerns and highlights based on tone and context.

So if someone misses a meeting, you can shoot them over a quick, AI-generated meeting recap to quickly catch up.

6 – Perplexity 🔎

 Yeah, AI chats can lie.

That's where Perplexity comes in. One of our favorite aspects of Perplexity is that it shows you exactly what sources the AI-search uses in composing your answer (Buh-bye Chat hallucinations). And with its Copilot feature, you get access to limited (but free!) GPT4 powered chats.

Use Perplexity when you need to fact-check your content, or if you’re finding other AI chats to be lying too much. Here’s our quick overview.

7 – Beautiful.ai 📊

Not great at graphics or presentations? Or are they just time-consuming?

OK, so we have text-to-video. And text-to-speech. And text-to-about-everything. Beautiful AI crushes it in a new area: text to graphics. So whether you need to make a pie chart of market share of social media networks or need to turn a few bullet-points into a full-blown presentation, you’ve got an AI partner in crime to do the job.

Now This …

It was SUUUUUUPER hard to get our list down to 7. We actually started with 20 before eliminating the rest. What to do with all that extra research? Well, we put it in a doc with a TON of additional info. Just reply to this email with “SEND” and we’ll send it to you by tomorrow!
