Make ChatGPT Your Meeting Assistant
Meetings are way too long and waste tons of time.
How can you fix that? 🤔
Have ChatGPT automate your meeting workflow!
We're showing you how ChatGPT can summarize meeting notes, next steps to take, and follow-ups!!
Check out today's AI in 5.
🦾How You Can Leverage:
Stop saving 50 social media posts about AI that you’ll never actually read or use.
Wanna actually put GenAI to use for you?
We did the heavy lifting shorties.
Consider the below your road-map: 7 can’t-miss GenAI strategies that not only take less than 10 minutes to implement, but most will give you back 10X return on your time invested.
Our team has used thousands of AI softwares over the past 4ish years, and 1,000+ hours inside of ChatGPT.
We’re cutting the BS, and serving you our secret sauce to make GenAI work for you in 2024. 👇
1 – More meaningful meetings 🤝️
Don’t lie. 🫢
You hate meetings.
We all do.
That’s why this is the first GenAI application on our list. If you wanna win back your time in 2024, start with more meaningful meetings.
Do this in ChatGPT:
Upload previous meeting transcripts into ChatGPT, and let it be the boss. Ask it to create more in-sync meeting agendas, as well as meeting outlines that keep meetings from rambling on.
Other AI tools for this: Clickup, Supernormal, Fathom, Sembly
2 – Automate Meeting To-Dos 🎯
Only thing worse than meetings?
All the followup after. Yuuuuuuck.
You can spend countless hours doing this manually, or you can pretend it’s not 2019 and step into the AI room.
Do this in ChatGPT: This one is so impactful, we literally just showed you how to do it in today’s AI in 5.
Other AI tools for this: Otter AI, Fireflies AI, MeetGeek, CastMagic
3 – Personalized Learning 🧑🏫️
If you’re staying on top of your game in 2024, that probably includes a lot of learning.
Whether you’re taking on new responsibilities or trying to better understand the ever-changing behaviors of your consumer, you’re probably learning. A lot.
With GenAI, you can easily tweak whatever content you’re trying to consume into a bite-sized, personalized lesson.
Do this in ChatGPT: Again, we’ve got a handmade tutorial for y’all on how to do this. Cut the fluff from crazy long docs and walk away with a customized learning plan in the medium YOU want.
Other AI tools for this: QuillBot, SummarizeThis, Eightify, AskYourPDF, Webreader
4 – Read and Respond To Emails ️📩
Cue that YouTube video from the early 2000s
Reading emails? Aint nobody got time for that!
Reading and politely responding to that 83-message-long thread is exhausting. Want more hours in your day? Hand the first draft of the reading and writing over to GenAI.
Do this in ChatGPT: TBH, ChatGPT isn’t the best tool to automagically read and respond to your emails. But don’t get us wrong — it can definitely get the job done! (Especially if you’re using the Zapier Plugin)
Buuuut, you can still kick it old school, copy the email thread into ChatGPT, and say something like, “Respond to the email thanking everyone for their input, but nicely shooting it all down because we don’t have the cash to do that and offer an alternative option.”
Copy, paste, send, done.
Oh, and we also did an entire episode on this! 👇
Other AI tools for this: Hypertype, Shortwave, Flowrite, DraftLab, Ellie, Magical, Jasper, MaxAI, Merlin
5 – Competitive Analysis and Planning 👀
Hmmmmm. What to do?
Spend legit HOURS scouring your competitors’ websites, reading industry reports and white papers, listening to that 2-hour long YouTube video about market trends?
Yuckgrossbarf. 🤮
This is where GenAI shines, y’all.
Do this in ChatGPT: Whether it’s perusing dozens of websites or trying to develop your Unique Selling Proposition in a sea full of the same looking fish, you can hand that task off to ChatGPT as well.
YOU KNOW WE GOT YOU!
Other AI tools for this: AlphaSense, Brandwatch, CorralData, Opinly, RivalFlowAI
6 – Data Analysis and Graphing 📊
You got charts to chart or data that needs crunched like your name was Captain Crunch?
Wait — are you actually still doing this manually?
Oyyyyyyy vey.
Alright, here’s how you can get it done with Generative AI about 20X faster.
Do this in ChatGPT: Using ChatGPT’s Code Interpreter (Formerly known as Advanced Data Analysis and also formerly known as Code Interpreter. What are they calling this thing now?!), you can expertly analyze thousands of data points in seconds. Like this:
And like this:
Buh-bye manual data analysis.
Other AI tools for this: Microsoft Copilot, Github Copilot, Google Bard, Coefficient for Sheets, Bardeen AI
7 – Pitch Deck Creation 🗣
We’re all pitching or selling something.
Whether it’s an internal PowerPoint to get your next big initiative approved, or an external pitch deck to land your next big client.
Why are we humans still creating these decks?
TBH, if you feed GenAI the right info, they’re gonna knock the design outta the park way faster than Kevin, that one graphic design intern from 2009.
Do this in ChatGPT: Create presentations inside ChatGPT? Ugh. Yeah. It’s super simple. And combine it with other internet-connected plugins like we do in the video below, and the first version of your next deck is kinda on autopilot.
Other AI tools for this: Tome, Beautiful AI, Pitch, Wonderslide, Journey.io, Canva
