Steady Sip — a flexible travel mug geared toward the active lifestyle of hybrid workers who are always on the go.
And if you missed Part 1, it might be worth your time to rewatch that.
So what did we learn over the course of this two-day experiment?
There’s very little you CAN’T accomplish in launching or growing a brand with AI.
Here’s a quick overview of what we accomplished 👇
Created a brand, Stable Sip, with suggestions from our live audience
Identified competitors and developed Stable Sip’s Unique Selling Proposition inside ChatGPT by giving it access to the internet.
Found gaps and opportunity by running a competitive SWOT analysis. (Again, all inside ChatGPT)
Crafted compelling marketing copy based on the positioning with ChatGPT
Created some pretty sweet logos in DallE-3
Finessed some AI-powered product images in Midjourney, DallE-3 and AI.
Whipped up some editing Magic inside Canva’s Magic Studio
Pulled it all together and launched a live website (with AI of course!) using Durable.
(Takes a breath, and a sip of coffee in sturdy Steady Sip mug.)
Alright, let’s break it all down shorties, and talk about how we can apply all this to the real-world.
🦾How You Can Leverage:
Conducting back-to-back live sessions where we built a brand together ain’t easy, y’all!
(And TBH, this was a tough livestream to pull together bouncing around 8 different GenAI programs, so appreciate the support of all the window toggling!)
So, let’s zoom out and take a high-level overview of what we learned and how you can apply it to building your brand or growing your company.
You saw from ideation to publication how we used GenAI to bring a brand from scratch in hardly no time. Before GenAI, this is a process that would have likely taken a large team and many days.
But this is the future of work — adapt to GenAI or die. We’ve talked about this, and experts have agreed with us. If companies are still fighting off, they’re asking to become extinct. Whether you’re a small shop or a dominant conglomerate, getting on board with AI is one of the most important decisions your company should make.
A lot to take in? We got you.
With more than 130 episodes and countless experts dishing their secrets, we’ve got your company’s guide to adopting GenAI.
We’ve got some great tracks for your or your company to get caught up:
ChatGPT Track — Everything you need to know about ChatGPT.

2 – Rethink what your time means ️🤔
If you joined us during episode 1 or episode 2, you probably had some, ‘Wait, WTF?’ and ‘No waaaaaaay!’ moments.
One of the trickiest thangs about leveraging GenAI is how you view your time and skillsets. It takes a mindset shift. And sometimes, a kick in the pants.
Why? Because AI is better at most jobs than humans.
And our time is finite. GenAI isn’t.
We bout to get philosophical and deep up in here shorties.
Rethinking your time means thinking of it as a valuable currency to be invested wisely in processes that multiply your outputs.
Just as compounding interest augments your initial investment over time, investing your time in harnessing the power of GenAI can exponentially amplify your capabilities and results.
You can’t multiply your time on your own. You can multiply your time, and change its impact, by investing it wisely in compounding ways.
3 – Use AI to regain your time ️💪
Alright, so now your head hurts?
This will help this whole GenAI experiment make sense. Through building a brand live, we saw more than a dozen practical use-cases across various common business roles.
A good first step to take?
Here’s how to win your time back:
First, untangle your manual time knots by identifying the repetitive tasks that gobble up your hours.
Then, whip up some Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline these pesky chores. (And ChatGPT is great at that!)
Match up your manual tasks to the right GenAI tool or system to automate the routine based on your newly minted SOPs.
And presto, shorties! You've reclaimed your ticking treasure from the jaws of the routine monster, turning those former time-guzzlers into a well-orchestrated, automated breeze.
Now This …
So now that both parts of our Build a Brand Live with AI are complete, what did you think?
