🤷‍♂️ What’s Going On and Why It Matters:

If a 12-year-old can build a business with ChatGPT, you can too.

Today, we dipped into a few ‘first-evers’ for the Everyday AI show.

Our first three-person show, AND our first episode detailing how a kid is using ChatGPT.

If you missed today’s show, you missed out on a feel-good story of how 12-year-old Kaz Keller took an interest in ChatGPT and turned it into a business. It started with a bit of intrigue. He stumbled on a YouTube video about ChatGPT.

So he learned a bit more. Then, a lot more.

Pretty soon, dad Sam was helping Kaz in becoming a go-to resource for friends, family and neighbors. So, what’s a budding entrepreneur to do?

Turn it into a business, of course!

Fast forward a few months, and Sam said his son has taught more than 200 people how to use ChatGPT.

It’s an entrepreneur’s story in the making, and we’ve got the chapter-by-chapter breakdown for ya.

🦾How You Can Leverage:

On the surface, Sam and Kaz are a father-son duo educating people on ChatGPT.

But read between the lines and there’s an even greater story — how anyone, even a 12-year-old, can turn to ChatGPT to turn a great idea into a side hustle. Let’s break down how Kaz did it, and what you can learn from his journey.

After all, he went from an idea to a business where he’s already made more than $4,000! (Beats the summer lemonade stand, right?)

Whether you’re looking for a business mentor or a life coach, don’t sleep on using AI as your sidekick. Even Google is rolling out an AI-powered life coach.

And Kaz probably said it best during our show today when he said it straight up: Generative AI is here to stay. Better get used to tapping into its potential so you don’t get left behind.

Here’s our 1-2-3 on how to use ChatGPT as your business side-kick, just like Kaz did. 👇

1 – Use the right version

Kaz slipped in a real nugget in today’s show. He talked about originally using ChatGPT, but then using GPT4 for other use-cases.

What’s the difference?

Well, with ChatGPT Plus, you get access to GPT4, which is incredibly more powerful than the GPT3.5 model that the free version of ChatGPT uses. It’s important to always use the right version of AI for the right job.

Try this:
Don’t know where to start?

We already broke down the difference between free and paid ChatGPT. Get your feet wet and learn the best plugins for your use-case.

2 – Ask ChatGPT what to do 💭

Sounds crazy, right?

But if you’re an entrepreneur (or an entrepreneur in training!) ChatGPT can be your mentor. When Kaz and Sam started GenAI Academy, they did something simple, yet powerful: asked ChatGPT for advice. Turns out, ChatGPT is pretty dang good at being a business mentor. As an example, Sam outlined that ChatGPT outlined how they could go about selling tickets to their ChatGPT course with Eventbrite.

Try this:
Go into ChatGPT Plus, give it access to the web, and try a prompt like this as a starter.

Please assume the role of a business mentor for [business name]. You can find out more about [business name] on this website: [your URL] We are trying to accomplish [enter information about what you’re trying to accomplish]

Please ask me 7 specific questions about my business that would help you better understand [business name] based on the information provided.

3 – Dive in deeper with ChatGPT 🤿

ChatGPT is more than an idea-generator.

Waaaaaaay more shorties. We talked a while back on the show how ChatGPT can actually be used to tackle complex business problems, or even how ChatGPT can take an idea into a full-blown side hustle.

Try this:
Ideation is great inside ChatGPT. It can turn a crazy idea into an MVP with legs. But don’t stop at ideation. Keep the conversation going.

After using the prompts above, continue the conversation with this prompt:

Please run a SWOT analysis on [business name], based on us trying to reach a target demographic of [enter target demographic] and accomplishing the goals discussed above.

Then, try this third prompt:

Based on the information above, please run a competitive analysis on [competitor 1 name and URL], [competitor 2 name and URL] and [competitor 3 name and URL]
