🤷♂️ What’s Going On and Why It Matters:
Did you seriously not join us live today?
Whaaaaaa?
Y’all missed out.
Yogesh Chavda, the Founder of Y2S Consulting, dished out how he uses ChatGPT for competitive insights. Did we mention that before Y2S, Yogesh held global marketing and insight roles with Pinterest and Spotify?
Yeah… so he knows what’s what when it comes to marketing and insights.
His takeaway?
ChatGPT is a gamechanger for grabbing insights from your customers or competitors. (Oh, on that note, you GOTTA check this out)
Yogesh shared how Generative AI is such a difference-maker for companies of any size, and laid out how to redesign your processes and workflow to maximize your time.
Sound like a lot?
Nope. It’s simple. Let’s dig in. 👇
🦾How You Can Leverage:
1 – Let ChatGPT do the heavy lifting 🏋️♂️
Like Yogesh talked about, getting the most out of ChatGPT means rethinking how you work. That can be hard. We get it.
Your brain is trained to carry out the same manual tasks in the same manual fashion. To take the words out of Yogesh’s mouth, using GenAI is “actually a redesign of your work stream completely based on generative AI.”
Same, Yogesh. Same.
Try this:
Instead of trying to fit ChatGPT or other GenAI tools into your workflow, instead rethink your workflow. Take a look at your day and try and categorize areas of work where you spend most of your time.
Then, take a hard look at what categories of your most time-consuming manual work could instead be given to a GenAI tool, like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway or Google Bard. Or, you could just automate everything.
2 – Use ChatGPT for info mining ⛏️
What used to take days can now take minutes.
Yogesh laid out his strategy for tapping into Generative AI tools to more quickly understand customers’ (and potential customers’) pain points.
By using ChatGPT with plugins, you can cut down on time spent researching and mining information by a TON! (Our best estimates is it cuts down time by more than 95%.)
Try this:
Rethink of your relationship to ChatGPT. So many people think of ChatGPT as a content writer, but that’s like 1/100th of its functionality.
Flip the switch and use ChatGPT for more time-consuming tasks such as talking to your PDFs, doing your manual research, help you learn new skills quickly via YouTube and more.
3 – Tap into plugins for creativity 👨🎨
If you haven’t heard about ChatGPT plugins or used them yet, TRUST US and watch this. (You’re welcome.) Yogesh talked about how he’s pushing his creativity thanks to ChatGPT.
Try this:
Follow in his footsteps.
Yogesh named some of his favorite ChatGPT use-cases and plugins, such as writing blog posts with ChatGPT, using the Visla plugin to create videos (check our tutorial here) and the Scraper plugin to scrape data from websites. Or, one of our favorites is using the Argil plugin for AI-generated stock images.
