Google NotebookLM vs. Gemini: Which Reigns Supreme?

Google just made some updates to its NotebookLM and it got us thinking…

Is NotebookLM BETTER than Gemini?

We’re putting each to the test to find out which is king.

🦾How You Can Leverage:

Who wins?

The agile and smaller companies using AI or the Goliaths still sitting on the AI fence?

Those innovating and using AI will always win out against those won don’t, even if they’re the big dogs.

And that's not some tech bro's hot take. It's a stark warning from Kumar, the President of GHD Digital, a global leader in digital transformation.

And he's got the receipts to back it up.

In just 18 months, Kumar's said he’s watched Generative AI morph from a novelty into a industry-shaking force. It's not just changing how we work – it's redefining who'll still have a job when the dust settles.

And who may be the new Goliath.

Think that's an exaggeration?

Let's break down Kumar's AI wake-up call and go over the 3 insights you NEED to know. 👇

1 – AI speaks 'bureaucrat' fluently️ 🗨️

Remember the last time you slogged through a mountain of regulatory documents?

Super run, right?

Nah.

Kumar said AI doesn't just make that easier – it makes it lucrative.

Kumar's team unleashed AI on a client's regulatory compliance nightmare. The result? A system that maps operational limits to regulatory requirements in real-time, hooked up to IoT devices for constant monitoring.

The punchline? $3 million saved. Per year.

Cha-ching.

This isn't just avoiding fines. It's turning mind-numbing compliance into a profit center.

How’s that for ROI on AI?

Try This:

Grab your most recent compliance report.

Now, imagine AI continuously updating it, flagging issues before they become problems.

Start small – even a basic AI-powered dashboard could be your first step towards turning regulations from a headache into a competitive edge.

We showed you how to make basic AI-powered dashboards here, and all you need is simple language commands.

(No fancy coding needed.)

2 – Build your team’s AI Library 📚

Truth be told…..your competitors might already be miles ahead of you here.

Don’t worry, though. You can just steal GHD’s strategy.

Kumar said they've created an "AI Library" that cross-references complex road design documents with 95% accuracy. What used to take months now happens in minutes. But here's the kicker: it's not just about speed. It's about freeing up your best minds to tackle problems AI can't solve.

The message is clear: if you're not building your AI toolkit, you're falling behind.

Try This:

Follow Kumar’s advice and get your team’s own version of AI Library in place.

Pick your most document-heavy process. Now, envision it automated. What would an "AI Library" for your team look like? Get specific. Get creative. Just start building.

We’ve got some team-friendly guides to help you.

Create Projects in Claude to save time on repetitive tasks.

3 – No silver medal in the AI arms race 🥈

What you don’t know can’t hurt you, right?

Nooooot exactly.

Kumar minced zero words in calling out business leaders who are still sitting on the AI fence.

He “said that Ignorance is bliss. Do you want to be in that blissful state, or do you want to come out of it?"

In other words, the AI revolution doesn't care if you're ready.

His advice?

Stop theorizing.

Start doing. Now.

Because while you're debating the finer points of AI ethics, the "nimble and agile" players are rewriting the rules of your industry.

Try This:

Kumar's got a $20 challenge for you.

(That's the monthly cost of ChatGPT.)

His bet?

Once you start playing with it, you'll see the "transformative power" that's got him predicting an industry shake-up.

Set a daily "5-minute AI challenge" for your team: Use ChatGPT to tackle a real work problem, then share the results. You'll build AI literacy and might just stumble on your next breakthrough.

Don’t worry…. we gave your thousands of hours of experience into one all-encompassing ChatGPT show here.

Remember, in Kumar's world, there are two types of companies: those embracing AI, and those about to be embraced by obsolescence.

Which one are you?

Numbers to watch
